Digital Marketer

Role Description

The role is predominantly a growth-hacker role. We want someone with common sense who can work hard and complete the tasks in half the time of any average person. During the time with us you will learn travel technology, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and technology in general. In addition to the general digital marketing (to develop, implement, track and optimise our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels), you will be exposed to Project Management, Testing and Business Management Role. This role is suitable for someone who is recently out of University and looking to work in Silicon Valley like culture.  

The role of Digital Marketeer is to develop, implement, track and optimise our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. The role will suit someone who is ambitious, with a view to driving their career further within a small but fast growing company. We are looking for someone who can already prove themselves a specialist and can take ownership of the digital marketing function.This role is ideal for an ambitious results oriented person with a passion for digital marketing, who relishes making a difference and translating skills into measurable business outcomes.

Main Key Responsabilities

  • Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising for awareness promotion and lead generation
  • Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels
  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI & KPIs)
  • Outbound email marketing creation, targeting, distribution and analysis
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
  • Producing Heatmap and understanding dropout pages
  • Tender projects to suppliers
  • Researching Potential Partners (Payment / CNet Provider/ AI and Data Provider etc)
  • Establishing a range of digital marketing campaigns delivering campaign forecasts across metrics such as impressions, CTR, clicks and conversions.
  • Advertising and advise on best strategies to achieve target ROI
  • Delivering a steady stream of qualified leads for the organisation
  • Carrying out competitor research to ensure we stay ahead of the competition
  • Supporting the SEO through keyword usage and analysing results to create ongoing content strategies
  • Working collaboratively with other departments to ensure campaigns achieve company goals
  • Designing material to brand guidelines, including leaflets, banners, Sugati imagery, booklets and adverts
  • Event planning and with the event management in the UK, Europe, Asia and the US
  • Supporting with brand awareness
  • Data management, updates and analysis on Salesforce


  • Ensure that the budget is well spent and quality leads are being produced from these campaigns.constantly refine our ads strategy for (Google and LK)


  • Promote our attendance at Travel Technology Europe and other events around the world 
  • Create event material and promotion materials

  • Record webinars to present Sugati deck, Sugati overview solution
  • Host breakfast seminars

  • Experience of working in a digital marketing role
  • Excellent time management; strong multi-tasking and organisational skills
  • Degree in Digital marketing or similar
  • Excellent verbal / written communication skills
  • Resilient, self-motivated, target driven and able to work under pressure with integrity
  • Strong network / relationship builder, able to overcome challenges in a confident, professional manner
  • A can-do/resourceful attitude and looking to always find ways to problem solve
  • Able to learn new skills quickly and apply them/improve them consistently
  • Passion for self-development as a marketer/communicator
