Sugati Junior Project Manager

Role Description

You will report directly to the Head of Project Delivery and assist him and his team in delivering projects to Appssential Customers. As a growing team, you will be expected to manage multiple different tasks and bring a pro-active ‘can do’ attitude to the role.

Main Key Responsibilities

  • Documenting briefings given by members of the team
  • Writing up meetings and ensuring action points are captured and distributed
  • Adding tasks to the project management tool WRIKE
  • Completing proposals for clients
  • Organising internal or external events
  • Attending Sugati demonstrations with potential clients
  • Creating written ‘how to’ guides (written and videos)
  • Testing and documenting, against written criteria, whether projects are ready to show to clients
  • Ensuring that there  is relevant and up to date data for demonstrations
  • Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments for both the Head of Project Delivery and CEO
  • Organising and attending meetings and ensuring everything is prepared for meetings
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff
  • Arranging travel, visas and accommodation and, occasionally, travelling with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations
  • Administration of project resources and activities
  • Assisting with the drafting and production of briefings, reports and presentations
  • Project plans and updates

Your profile

  • Quick learner with desire to progress in field of Project Management
  • Highly committed, reliable and trustworthy

  • Adaptable and flexible to a wide range of people and situations
  • Resourceful and proactive as a relationship builder



  • Previous office experience
  • Presentation skills with the confidence to pass on their knowledge to others
  • Experience of working in a customer facing role
  • Excellent time management; strong multi-tasking and organisational skills
  • Experience of working with a senior member of staff on a regular basis
  • Exposure/understanding of a structured project methodology, such as Agile would be advantageous
  • A recent graduate that would like the opportunity to grow in a recent technical start-up business
  • Experience of working with Salesforce would be useful but not essential as training will be given


  •  Experience or an understanding of how large technology projects can be delivered
