Product Specialist

Role Description

You will report directly to the Head of Project Delivery to ensure that the Sugati product is delivered and maintained to a high degree and our clients are kept informed of new products and releases. If you are interested in technology and travel and are excited about being part of a growing team then we want to hear from you. This role will suit someone with good IT and salesforce skills and who is looking for a role where they can grow within a fast-growing tech company.

Main Key Responsabilities

  • Having full knowledge of the Sugati Product and updating stakeholders of new releases and features.
  • Installing Sugati onto Client’s Salesforce instances.
  • Completing post-installation tasks on newly installed versions of Sugati.
  • Undertaking Sugati related configuration – setting up profiles, page layouts, workflows, process builders, reports, dashboards and other standard Salesforce configuration tasks.
  • Assisting the head of Customer Success in answering tickets that come into support and explaining issues to senior members of the development team.
  • Updating Wrike (current project management tool) with effort spent on allocated tasks.
  • Communicating with Project Managers about progress of tasks.
  • Testing and documenting, against written criteria, whether projects are ready to show to clients.

Your profile

  • Proficient Salesforce user – (ADM 201)
  • Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Must demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Highly committed, reliable and trustworthy

  • Well organised, with a focus on both effectiveness and efficiency

    • Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, reports, and other content of intermediate complexity
    • Experience of being in charge of the administration of Salesforce instances
    • Strong understanding of best practices and functionality 
    • Strong data management abilities
    • Comfortable importing and updating data
    • Excellent time management; strong multi-tasking and organisational skills
    • Experience of working with a senior member of staff on a regular basis
    • Recent graduate or degree in Business or related subject


  • Exposure/understanding of a structured project methodology, such as Agile would be advantageous
