Sugati Project Manager

You will report directly to the Head of Project Delivery and assist him and his team in delivering projects to Appssential Customers. As a growing team, you will be expected to manage multiple different tasks and bring a pro-active ‘can do’ attitude to the role.

The role works closely with other members of the team to ensure projects are resourced appropriately, that they are delivered to high-quality standards, and followed up and handed over to Customer Success efficiently.

Main Key Responsibilities

    • Documenting briefings given members of the team
    • Adding tasks to the project management tool WRIKE
    • Completing proposals for clients
    • Attending Sugati demonstrations with potential clients
    • Creating written ‘how to’ guides (written and videos)
    • Testing and documenting, against written criteria, whether projects are ready to show to clients
    • Ensuring that there  is relevant and up to date data for demonstrations
    • Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.
    • Administration of project resources and activities
    • Assisting with the drafting and production of briefings, reports and presentations
    • Project plans and updates
    • Quality and customer satisfaction relating to project delivery
    • Ensuring projects comply with standard methodologies and processes
    • Development of business processes relating to project delivery
    • Project team resource coordination and utilisation

Experience

Essential:

  • Resource control and allocation
  • Exposure/understanding of a structured project methodology, such as Agile
  • Project governance and project management (a qualification is desirable)
  • Experience of working in a customer facing role
  • Previous Project management experience
  • Experience of working in a customer facing role
  • Excellent time management; strong multi-tasking and organisational skills
  • Exposure/understanding of a structured project methodology, such as Agile would be advantageous
  • Recent graduate or degree in Business or related subject
  • Project management of CRM implementations or development
  • Decision making and initiating action
  • Excellent verbal / written communication skills
  • Designing, organizing and controlling processes and methodologies
  • Resilient, self-motivated, target driven and able to work under pressure with integrity
