About the Role

The Executive Onboarding Project Manager is an entry-level position designed for recent graduates or individuals beginning their career in technology, consulting or project delivery. This role provides foundational support across the project lifecycle while developing the skills and knowledge required to progress into a Junior Project Manager role.

You will assist the team in gathering information, documenting requirements, coordinating small tasks, and supporting communication between clients and internal teams. Over time, you will build familiarity with our Sugati product (Salesforce-based), travel industry workflows, and project delivery standards.

This role offers a structured development path with clear progression steps into Junior Project Manager.

Role Purpose

The Junior Onboarding Project Manager supports the delivery of structured, high-quality onboarding projects for new Sugati clients. Working closely with Project Managers, Product, Professional Services and Customer Success teams, this role ensures onboarding activities are well coordinated, clearly communicated and accurately documented.

This is an early-career project role, with full training and structured support provided, and a defined progression path into a Project Manager position.

Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding Preparation

  • Create and maintain client-specific onboarding presentation slides, incorporating relevant imagery and configuration context.
  • Set up, distribute and track Onboarding Questionnaires and Product Data Sheets.
  • Review submitted onboarding information to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to configuration.

Platform Configuration Support

  • Configure client Salesforce organisations in line with onboarding questionnaires and agreed onboarding scope.
  • Validate configurations against onboarding checklists and highlight any gaps or clarifications required.
  • Support configuration updates during onboarding as client requirements evolve.

Scheduling & Coordination

  • Schedule client onboarding calls, workshops and training sessions.
  • Arrange internal pre- and post-client meetings with Product, Professional Services and Customer Success teams.
  • Manage calendars, agendas and meeting logistics to ensure sessions are efficient and well prepared.

Client Communication

  • Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day onboarding queries.
  • Respond to client emails professionally, resolving queries where appropriate and assigning actions to the relevant internal team members.
  • Maintain clear, timely and consistent communication aligned with Sugati’s brand tone.

Project Tracking & Updates

  • Create and manage tasks for the Professional Services team.
  • Maintain accurate onboarding records within Salesforce and internal project tools.
  • Send post-session onboarding updates to clients outlining discussions, agreed actions and time spent.

Training & Support

  • Full training will be provided on the Sugati platform, Salesforce environment and onboarding processes.
  • Structured support will be given across project coordination, client communication and onboarding delivery.
  • The role includes hands-on learning through shadowing experienced Project Managers and working closely with Product, Professional Services and Customer Success teams.
  • Ongoing guidance and feedback will be provided to support progression into a Project Manager role.

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence coordinating multiple tasks and stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working with structured processes, checklists and timelines.
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership.

Desirable

  • Exposure to SaaS platforms, CRM systems or Salesforce.
  • Understanding of structured delivery or Agile-style workflows.
  • Interest in travel, technology or operational systems.
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Technology or a related field.
