Phase 3

Discovery

The purpose of our Discovery session is to offer you a detailed plan. Our team will explain exactly how Sugati’s cloud-based Travel CRM will work for your business. We’ll spend time with your team, getting to know your specific requirements. Then we’ll compile a detailed report, with our recommendations for how Sugati can offer you bespoke solutions.

Phase 4

Road Map

If our Out of the Box Sugati solution works for your company, you can start selling holidays right after the onboarding sessions. But if you have more unique requirements, we’ll design a phased bespoke solution to meet your company’s individual needs. We’ll agree which aspects are delivered when, according to your budget and priorities.

Phase 5

Delivery

For Out of the Box Sugati onboarding, our friendly onboarding team will schedule in the onboarding sessions with you to help you start using the system.

For the bespoke requirements, we’ll assign you your own dedicated Sugati project manager to ensure the project is successfully delivered on schedule, and within budget. We’ll train your team to use the Sugati Travel CRM and Salesforce, and we’ll provide ongoing support, answering any questions and challenges you may have.

Support

After our dedicated onboarding process, you’re ready to go live.
