We are looking for a skilled Bespoke Project Manager to understand client-specific needs, translate them into actionable requirements, and ensure projects are managed and delivered efficiently, in alignment with our core product features. This role is responsible for the end-to-end management and delivery of those bespoke projects.

Role Summary

The Project Manager – Bespoke Projects is responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering all client-specific projects outside the standard Sugati product roadmap. You will own delivery from post-sale handover through to completion, working closely with Sales, Product, Professional Services, and Engineering teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to an agreed standard.

Job Description:

Requirement Gathering: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their bespoke needs and translate these into detailed, actionable requirements that align with the core product features.

Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management, to ensure the smooth execution of bespoke projects.

Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, facilitating clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Alignment with Core Product: Ensure that custom solutions are developed in harmony with our existing product features, maintaining consistency and quality.

● Project Execution: Oversee the implementation of bespoke projects, coordinating with developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure successful delivery.

● Quality Assurance: Work closely with the QA team to ensure that all bespoke features meet the required standards and are thoroughly tested before deployment.

● Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation, including requirement specifications, progress reports, and user guides.

Client Training and Support: Provide clients with training and support on bespoke features, ensuring they can maximise the value of their custom solutions.

Industry Expertise: Leverage knowledge of the travel industry to offer valuable insights and create tailored solutions that meet client and market demands.

Requirements:

● Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

● Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver them on time.

● Experience in managing bespoke projects, including requirement gathering, project planning, and delivery.

● Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA engineers.

● Knowledge of the travel industry and experience with travel technology solutions is highly desirable.

● Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

Desirable:

● Experience with the Travel sector or Sugati product or similar travel tech solutions.

● Project management certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) are an advantage.
