A life long technologist, Naval is passionate about Salesforce. A true Salesforce TrailBlazer and Naval has been immersing Salesforce technologies and developing solutions on the Salesforce platform for over 7 years as a certified Salesforce Technical Architect. He works very close with Andy and the rest of the developers and is responsible for making sure Sugati is designed and aligned with all the amazing Salesforce technology innovations.

James is an experienced software developer with over fifteen years experience working with a wide range of programming languages. Working as a software consultant for large enterprise companies in Singapore, he has worked for clients in telecommunications, banking, trading, business management and government agencies. He joins the Sugati software development team to create and implement customised products for our clients.

A technology graduate from London Metropolitan University, Tin applied his passion for business and technology to the travel sector, beginning his career as IT manager for a market-leading luxury holiday company. He applied his expertise of Customer Relationship Management and technology to creating Sugati’s parent company, Appssential.

Appssential was founded in 2013 and has been offering first class technology solutions to clients across the globe ever since. Sugati is rapidly expanding, with clients across the globe.

Cherine has worked in the corporate world for many years before turning her passion in travel into a career. She worked as a senior travel consultant for more than 6 years and has a good understanding of the travel operations. She is based in our Singapore office. Her role ensures that the Sugati product is delivered and maintained to a high degree and our clients are kept informed of new products and releases.

After completing a Masters in Global Political Economy, Ian spent over 10 years working for charities in fundraising and managing technology implementation projects. Sugati is a growing and dynamic product and it is really exciting to be involved in a leading technology solution for the travel sector. Ian’s role is to liaise between the project team and Sugati clients, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Since graduating from Cardiff University with a degree in Computer Science, Andy has worked as a software developer for large enterprise companies as well as small start-ups. He has over 10 years of Salesforce development experience and is now our senior in-house developer. Andy is constantly being creative and implementing new product features to ensure Sugati’s success.

Amir is originally from Tehran, Iran. He has lived in 5 countries and travelled to more than 18 countries, so he is truly passionate about travel. After a Bachelor in Marketing from the University of Liverpool, he pursued a Master in Management at the University of Nottingham followed by a Masters in Strategic Marketing from Imperial College London. 

Amir now shares his passion for travel, technology and business development as a Business Development Manager for Sugati. He is driving Sugati Travel CRM sales through effective, hands-on ownership of the whole sales process.

Sandar is Sugati’s Financial Controller, running the financial operations for the business. She has 13 years’ experience as a Financial Controller, after earning her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Oxford Brookes University.
