PHASE 2

The second stage of our process includes a Demo Call where we spend time illustrating the relevant elements of the system that are of interest to our prospective clients. Throughout this stage, we ask clients to engage by explaining their processes in order for us to obtain a better understanding of the company’s current position. Mainly from a technology standpoint. This will certainly allow us to highlight elements that are most relevant rather than demonstrating features that might be somewhat less relevant.

DISCOVERY

PHASE 3

The discovery session is designed to give you a detailed plan. Our team will explain to you how our cloud-based travel CRM platform will work for your business. We spend time with your team to get to know your requirements and processes. We compile a detailed report with our findings and recommendations on how Sugati, the salesforce based travel CRM, can work best for your travel business.

We assign you a dedicated Sugati project manager to ensure the project is successfully delivered on schedule and within budget. We train your team to use our travel CRM, Salesforce.com and provide ongoing customer support. Our team takes care of any questions and challenges you may have.

After our Sugati clients have gone live with the system it’s the time to start using this to its full potential. This can seem a little daunting but knowing we offer a dedicated support system (all over the world) can put you and your team at ease.
